Shipping Policy

Currently, we ship online orders within the Continental US.  No international, Alaska, or Hawaii deliveries are available.  Orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise noted.  All packages will be delivered without a signature.  Orders will ship out from our store same day if placed before 4:00 PM CST. Tuesday – Friday.  Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday will ship out on Tuesday. 

When you order $99 or more of qualifying items, we will pay delivery charges for your online order.  Free delivery is not available outside the contiguous United States.  The delivery costs that you will be billed are indicated at the time of checkout.  We also offer free in-store pickup when ordering online. 

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for unopened products within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.  We do not accept returns on special orders, clearance, or books.  Refunds will be returned in the form of payment used when purchased.

If you purchased products on our website, you can return the items to our store location, or send them back to us through the mail – whichever is more convenient for you!

Please ship all items to our store address below via Fed Ex or UPS.  We will not cover the cost of shipping the items back to us.
